Self-Flex Workshop
This workshop is over a 3-week period where we will meet every Thursday for 1 hour on November 7th, 14th and 21st. Learn about and explore your relationship to your self-worth. You will learn the energetics of grounding and protection, boundary setting, nervous system regulation, somatic movement, and explore needs and wants in relationship with self and others.
